Andrew Plank
Every real estate journey is unique, with each client bringing their own personal needs, experiences, and goals. Yet, the overarching question for every buyer or seller is simple: "Can I realize my vision with a minimum of fuss, expense, and stress?"
Buying or selling real estate is complex—emotionally charged and financially intricate, with legislative minefields and evolving technologies to navigate. My job is to pilot you through these waters to a safe harbor.
I’ve guided hundreds of clients on their journey. When your vision is aligned and goals are clearly established, we can achieve great results at any price point and with any property type. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure the story of your real estate journey ends with "and they lived happily ever after."
My name is Andrew Plank, and I help clients in Greater Victoria buy and sell real estate with confidence.
