Don't Miss This Amazing Opportunity! You'll fall in love with Le Coteau Farm; 20 acres of gently sloping south/east-facing land. The fertile gravel/sand/loam soil has been worked since 1956. Accessory buildings incl. greenhouses, a market/storefront, ample parking, cold storage room, chicken barns, workshop/garage with break room/bathroom and numerous storage buildings with power. Three individuals currently lease/rent part of the land, providing the retired owner with supplemental income, with great potential for further development. A2 zoning provides for a second residence. The main home is a bright and inviting 3br 4bath home with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and loft/office. There's a large, unfinished basement with good height and reno potential, as well as a self-contained office with separate entrance and a 3pc bathroom. Behind the home, a pristine pond supplied by municipal water is used for crop irrigation. Much potential here. Your slice of paradise awaits.
