Janice Christenson
Janice brings a strong foundation in project management and consulting to her real estate career, giving her a calm, organized approach that clients immediately feel. She has a natural ability to guide people through complex decisions with clarity and confidence, helping make the process feel simple and manageable. Her experience goes well beyond the professional side. Janice has personally bought and sold multiple homes in Cordova Bay and Sidney, overseen the construction of a new home, and managed extensive renovations. That firsthand perspective allows her to anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and advocate for her clients every step of the way. She also has a natural eye for design and presentation. With experience in home staging, Janice knows how to position a property to stand out in the market and connect with buyers from the moment they walk through the door. Having lived on the Saanich Peninsula for nearly 30 years, Janice brings deep local knowledge and a genuine love for the community. Whether it’s the beaches, walking trails, or quiet neighbourhoods, she’s passionate about helping clients find not just the right home, but the right fit for their lifestyle.
