Jay Rockwell
I have been a licenced Realtor since 1997, spending most of my career with Royal Lepage. I work in Real Estate full time and have experience in residential, relocation, estate sales, investment, and new home construction. I have founded , owned and managed my own real estate office and grew it to be among the top offices by sales volume in Central and Northern BC. I have been the recipient of many MLS awards as well as earning several Top Tier awards with Royal Lepage, which recognize the top Realtors in Canada. The Award of Excellence award came from being a consistent top producer year after year. As much as it’s nice to win an award—I am considerably more excited about the numerous referrals and testimonials I have received over the years from happy clients and friends. Currently over 90% of my business comes from those happy clients and friends. Born in Victoria and raised in Prince George, I have long term affiliations all over BC. Whether you are moving across the street or across the country - I can take care of your Real Estate needs.
