Kim Ashton
I was born and raised in Victoria, surrounded by the ocean, forests, and close-knit communities that make the West Coast such a special place to call home. Growing up here shaped not only my love for the island lifestyle, but also my belief that where you live truly matters. With more than 15 years in real estate — from sales and relocations to rentals — I’ve had the privilege of helping clients through some of life’s biggest transitions. I’ve worked with first-time buyers nervously stepping into the market, families searching for room to grow, and newcomers discovering the magic of Vancouver Island for the first time. Becoming a mum deepened my perspective even more. Home isn’t just about square footage or postal codes — it’s about feeling safe, inspired, and connected. It’s about creating a space where life unfolds in meaningful ways. Today, I proudly serve clients across Greater Victoria and throughout the Island, offering guidance that is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in local knowledge. My goal is simple: to make your real estate journey feel supported, informed, and even exciting. If you’re dreaming about island living — whether buying, selling, or relocating — I’d love to help you write your next chapter.
