Matthew studied real estate at UBC and completed his Diploma of Urban Land Economics along with obtaining his Canadian Residential Appraisal designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Professional RI (BC) designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. Matthew has worked with multiple major infrastructure clients for 15 years assisting with their real estate acquisition needs for major projects.
