Nikki Tomley
Real estate has been my passion for many years and having spent most of my life in Victoria, I am familiar with all areas of the city. My strong foundation for real estate began at aged twenty-three when I purchased my first home; since then I have spent many years buying and selling PROPERTY on a regular basis, alongside my husband. Listening to your needs, wants and using my negotiating skills to realize the best possible outcome for you are where my strengths lie. I believe that two of the most important attributes in a real estate advisor are honesty and loyalty. My strong family ties have culminated in a great working relationship with my brother, a successful realtor for many years, with whom I am working closely. Supporting autism is an important cause to me, and I donate a portion of each transaction to Canucks Autism Network. Anchorhttps://www.canucksautism.ca/ Buying or selling a home is a big decision - you need an experienced professional to guide you through the process. When you work with me, you can count on personal, attentive, patient service, excellent knowledge of the area, great negotiation skills and expert selling strategies.
