Prior to entering the real estate industry, Sean Burns worked in transformational change at the executive level for over 20 years with international Fortune 500 corporations and the public sector across seven countries. In addition to various mergers and acquisitions, projects included reinventing business services and operations for a national bank, modernizing retail for a national energy provider, redesigning and amalgamation of government departments including that of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, outsourcing entire divisions of private corporations, rolling out multi-million dollar technology platforms and mentoring technology startups across Canada. Today, in addition to acquiring and growing complementary businesses, Sean helps lead various organizations and teams through implementing strategic change to remain relevant while increasing market influence. Sean holds a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees with various Ivy League awards and certificates.
