Tim Ayres
Hi, I'm Tim Ayres. I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years (licensed December 2004) and I would like to think that I take an active, personalized approach to serving my clients, as no two situations are ever the same. Every time I think I've seen it all in this business, I'm proven wrong - real estate is always changing. I moved to Sooke from the Vancouver area in 2005 to start a new career and new life on the Island. It wasn't always easy, but I can't think of a place I'd rather be than Sooke - a caring, supportive community - a place to raise a family, retire, or simply enjoy life, whatever that means to you. One of the things I've always loved about Sooke is that it's just far away enough to let me experience the natural, rugged beauty of the west coast, yet close enough to Victoria and other amenities that I don't feel isolated or that I am missing out on "big city" amenities. Let me introduce you to this beautiful region! No one else markets like I do - check a listing out on TimAyres.ca - aerial/drone shots, HD video, 3D VR tours, floor plans, and more photos than you ever thought you wanted to see!
