Todd Mahovlich

Todd was born and raised on Vancouver Island and resides in Victoria with his wife Michelle, daughter Taylor and son Cole. From the age of 12 until the age of 39, Todd was employed in the business of golf. At the age of 19, Todd turned professional and began a 5 year Canadian Professional Golfers Association apprenticeship which he completed and became a Class “A” Professional, he also went on to complete a business diploma at Camosun College. Todd’s professional golf career consisted mainly of managing the operations of a golf course, retail shop, and instructional programs with a stint playing golf for a living on International Tours on 4 continents around the World. After Todd’s playing career came to an end Todd found himself involved with a very large real estate development that came to be known as Bear Mountain. Having started with Bear Mountain as the Director of Golf Operations in the concept stage, Todd was to oversee all golf operations but also participated in the very successful sales and marketing of the Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort and Spa as well as one of the most successful real estate developments, consisting of single-family dwellings, condos, townhouses, quarter ownership and commercial space in Western Canada. With the business experience, training, and life skills that Todd acquired over his 20 years as a golf professional is the reason that he is a sought-after real estate professional. Todd’s exceptional customer service skills packaged with an easygoing, professional demeanor makes him very easy to work with. Todd’s approach to being a real estate professional is very simple, just like being a golf professional, perseverance, hard work and knowledge is what makes you successful, honesty and integrity is what makes the game successful. To date, Todd has sold over 570 properties, more than $325,000,000, Todd specializes in project sales, investment properties, and all residential real estate. Since being licensed in the middle of 2008 Todd has been awarded the “Diamond Award” for being in the top 3% and “Director’s Platinum Award” for being in the top 5% of the BC Royal LePage Sales force, the “MLS Gold Award”, MLS “Special Gold Award” the “Award of Excellence” for being in the top 5% of the BC Royal LePage sales force for 5 consecutive years as well as The “Lifetime Award of excellence” for being in the top 5% for 10 out of 14 consecutive years.
